Cactus and Tryzub is a volunteer initiative operating in Phoenix, Arizona. Here, you can connect with the local Ukrainian community, get involved in volunteer and fundraising opportunities and be informed of cultural and social events. Our mission will evolve with the community's needs.

Our current efforts are centred around the response to Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine.

WHAT ARE WE PASSIONATE ABOUT?

Hands down, we want Ukraine to be victorious in this senseless war. Our current focus is on political advocacy, fundraising and Ukraine awareness. Ukraine Awareness at the Polo Party

The 12th Annual Bentley Scottsdale Polo Championships sponsored by Raven Events took place on November 4th! As part of the #ArizonaStandsWithUkraine campaign, the Polo Party was a tremendous opportunity to bring awareness to the war in Ukraine and we were able to raise $435 to benefit the Dignitas Fund.

More than 500 days into the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, some companies refuse to stop doing business in Russia. US-based companies like MARS, Align Technology, TGI Fridays and hundreds of others continue to operate in Russia as usual and consequently fueling the Russian war machine.
